My father has received excellent medical attention. Very happy
Good friendly service. Plenty of volunteers to help steer you in the right direction. Only one snag was the Special Exams reps didn't info my doctor that I was waiting on him in the lobby. Took him 30min to find me.
The quality of service has always been great for me. Top notch Drs and nurses. They are helpful and respectful.
I have no idea how anyone can give this place a 5 rating because even the presentation of the hospital is horrible. The doctors and staff seem like they don't know what they're doing. Medical equipment is outdated and appointment scheduling is horrible. I could go on and on but I won't because it really saddens me that veterans like myself have to deal with this medical abuse. I hope and pray to see better days ahead.
The staff at the VA in Martinsburg are courteous, and professional I have not had any problems. With the service as good as it gets and friendly staff, you can be assured they will do their best. Thank Martinsburg VA.
