The professional staff that I came in contact with were all very nice and friendly and made my visit very pleasant.
They have always meet my needs not always as speedy as I like but you have to consider the amount of veterans they are helping�
I have nothing but praise for this VA hospital. The staff is wonderful and my doctor is the best. CPC3 you are the best! Thank you.
I hear a lot of crap about the VA that may or may not be true. I've always been lucky, I served my three years 65-68 in a non combat zone, I've received pretty good care since I started using the VA. I think that due to over all size of the VA and the funds they receive they due a pretty good job. At least there's a place for most vets to go. Unfortunately life isn't fair for everyone, I wish it were !!

The facility was clean, easy to navigate, and had a good vibe. Staff was nice, and everyone seemed interested in being as helpful as possible. I don't like hospitals but I felt as though I'd be well taken care of from the door. It really changed my views on what I expected about a VA center. I don't have much to compare this to, but this has set the standard for me as far as what I expect from a VA center.
As always very professional, and friendly to everyone.
A HUGE thank you to the staff nurses and doctors at the VA center here on Martinsburg. Dad made it through surgery fine and with little complications. Yet for me the tears still flow I guess it's cause all the stress is gone. What can I say I love my daddy. (This is carrie btw) I know others out there have had bad experiences with the VA but I will say this much for the VA here they have treated my dad like a king and taken very good care of him.
