I had the best experience at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center this morning. I had my blood work and MRI done in 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it. It took me 1 hr to get there but it was less stressful than going to the VA in Washington, DC. This is my new home. Everyone was so friendly (smiling and always asking if I needed assistance). If you need to go to the VA I highly recommend the Martinsburg location.
I have been at the ER since 11am this morning it now 5:49 PM and have not seen a doctor yet . keep asking keep getting the run around by staff and RN. Sad way to treat a Veteran but they never did care fully about us anyway.
I am always encouraged every time I visit. Just a pleasent experience. The people are helpful, friendly,and do a wonderful job
Never have had a bad experience with this hospital and my dads been going here for a long time and in fact I know they saved his life. Yes sometimes you can't get a hold of people on the phone right away but that is to be expected with how many veterans there are. I would definitely recommend this VA over the one he used to go to any day. The 3 nurses in the cancer unit are seriously the nicest,sweetest, best nurses ever. Nice dog and pony show about medical appointments for the visitors yesterday. When will they meet the real veterans that had to wait. Instead of meeting the hand picked by the management. Y'all know the hidden veterans that for abused, harassed, lied too, lied on, threatened, racial slanders by the employee's of Martinsburg VAMC. The Abusive Committee Board do nothing to protect the veterans. I am a victim! And have documents to prove it.
These docotrs suck always saying theirs nothing wrong with you ur ok they just want to get you out of their office and i cant understand qhat their saying at all .
