Everyone is so nice never had to wait and they go out of there way to help you thanks for everything you do.
For the most part, it's been a pretty good place, so far, and in a lot of ways, it's better than the Hampton V A and the McGuire V A in Richmond. I especially like how the P.T.S.D. Program is organized...it's very professional and I think I will receive the treatment that I need from it.
Yesterday was horrible, 2 1/2 hrs. Behind with appts....people in the eye clinic are nice but something sure is wrong when you have a 10am appt and don't get out of there until 12:50....sigh Then my Dad had a foot dr. Appt at 11:30, they were behind due to a meeting and because of the eye appt we never got into the foot dr. Until 1pm...just a fiasco...smh why even make appointment times...plus we travel from Hagerstown...so 6 1/2 hr day for 2 appts...sad
great place. the staff was kind and very professional. meat a lot of great veterans there as well
Always treat me well. Recp and nurse and dr were helpful.
Excellent customer service and an attentive, caring staff. Far better than I was expecting. Bravo to all!
I absolutely love how my doctor here listens to me. She totally gives me her undivided attention when I'm explaining my symptoms unlike a lot of doctors in non VA medical clinics. She also explains herself well to me so that I have a full understanding of my diagnosis.
Took me off of all my meds including my diabetic medicine and my psych meds....why ?. I went manic and almost fled this rediculous place...beware fellow Veterans
Our visit was for my husband..very nice visit.those in the offices were very helpful some grumpy food area staff and commissary staff.but overall a nice visit
