Dr Avioli , deserves more then 5 stars. I was broken and he mended me back together again. Hes a kind and gentile man. As well as his nurse and PA. Dont know where id be without them. Veronica and Nicole , This is your calling and im so grateful to have crossed your paths. So blessed.
I have never had a problem with anyone there. I have heart problems from Agent Orange. Also PTSD from Vietnam. They have been kind and caring .They keep me up appointments. Been going there 10 years. My wife goes with me and they treat us both with respect. We are truly grateful those folks are there for us
I've lived in Martinsburg almost a year and have been to VA facilities all across the country. I love this hospital and have never not once felt like I wasn't being treated in a timely or fair manner. I go here instead of using Tricare because of the care I receive here.
I have attempted to reach the Patient advocate 3 times. I've gotten voice mail each time, and I have left the requested contact information. Today after searching the Martinsburg VA web page, I found the extension number for Customer Experience office. I call the main number and used the extension number I found. My call was answered by a guy whose tone of voice suggested I was bothering him, and when I explained my situation, he transfers me to the voice mail I've been leaving messages on. The Orthopedics staff, i.e. Dr Aviolli and Veronica were awesome!...my experience was very good...they treated me with respect!...I would definitely recommend MWV VAMC to any veteran!
Fantastic job and really progressing with the rehab, Jessica, my therapist is great.
very nice, easy to get to and no mountains to cross.. Very friendly people. And very clean.
Outstanding! Two appointments & I was in and out in 45 minutes! Even was offered a free flu shot. Provided at no cost to all veterans.
This is a first class operation. The staff is very competent and quite polite.
