Care excellent; mail communication may leave something to be desired.
Disappointed with mail order pharmacy...3 - 4 weeks, are you kidding me. I do my mothers med through Humana and they are 5 - 7 business days and it is in my mail box.
I don't receive my healthcare at their offices because I live in PA, but I have no complaints about the mail orders nor the cost of anything. I am thankful I have this coverage. My brothers and sisters pay a lot of money for their own coverage and it's outrageous. So I am very thankful for this insurance.
I have been on hold for 10 minutes and no one is answering. It says "press * to request a call back" I have pressed it 5 times within this 10 minutes waiting period. I have so many issues with your facility and your providers and have contemplated changing doctors due to some serious medical issues your providers couldn't help with last year that were brought on by your providers. I just need help logging into my patient portal so I can talk to my doctor about my mental health.
Have been treated with great care by all staff. Really like this place! Especially Dr Grassmann
