Have been a patient for years and the care continues to get worse every day. Every single month I waste days calling repeatedly chasing down my medications and every single month there is some kind of delay that causes me to repeatedly go off and on my chronic medications interfering with my work and personal life. Attempts to explain this to staff are always met with “there’s nothing we can do. Try back tomorrow. Try back tomorrow.” Hands down worse client service I’ve ever received and I have been and continue to look for ... read more

Spending 17 minutes on the phone, after waiting to get through for 10 minutes, only to find out you need to go to urgent care somewhere else because you cannot be seen after hours as advertised is not ok. I am a caregiver for someone and detest calling Martin's Point, always the same, between 10 and 20 minutes before you can actually talk to a person.

I was redirected to Delta Dental and they sent me a list of dentists who take Martin's Point. 90% of the dentists on their list no longer take it. Also, I have been waiting over a week for them to look into something and they never called me ... read more

When you arrive for your first visit with a new PCP and are told they are running about an hour behind. No phone call ahead of time to reschedule or simply ask you to show up a little later. No respect for me or my time. Not the way to make a good first impression!

When you have an 11:30am appointment I feel like it’s reasonable to schedule the next appointment you have for 1pm. Today my practitioner was almost 45 minutes behind schedule(probably not her fault as I doubt she makes the schedule). It left me with little to no time to discuss my issues and no I don’t want to shell out another $200 to come back another day. Also your practitioners seem unwilling to provider general anxiety or depression medications. I was told a referral for a psychiatrist could be made but the waiting lis... read more

Doctors cancel at the last minute all the time. They never call back, even when they say they will. And rather than help their patients, they kick the can down the road and tell you to see someone else.
