4 family members are patients at 2 locations. It ridiculous that Each time I call I have to wait 10-20 min for someone to answer, and there is no option to leave a call back number. I have called at least 10 times over the summer for appointments, refills, and paperwork. That’s over 150 min wasted. 2 hours just wasted waiting for someone to answer. It’s terrible patient service!
No one is ever available to take phone calls.

Wife's been on the same 2x day dosing of an Rx med for 10 years. With MP Generations Advantage for ~3. Went to pick up the med the other day only to learn that the 2x day dosing now required a prior authorization. Finally got it, but she should have gotten a separate notice long BEFORE this.
I’ve been coming here since 2000. I moved almost 2 hours away and still come here. Love the doctors and staff!
