Not impressed as a patient or a mother. First issue my daughter stopped breathing at 3 months old due to 3 doctors misdiagnosing my child and after I told them she had gotten worse after seeing the dr for the 4th day in a row we end up in the ER and she had RSV bronchitis and needed a weekend stay in Barbra bush. "CLOSE DOWN< FOR GOOD" and never reopen, ever again
Horrible customer service, I’ve spent two days trying to get a hold of my Doctor whose actually a Nurse Practitioner. Due to unreliability and poor service I have stopped being a patient. If you are looking for reliability and strong communication look elsewhere, Martins Point service has gone down hill.
I have had my last two "wellness visits" cancelled by Martins Point in the last two years. I call to reschedule and they don't call back. When I follow up, it is very hard to get through other to essentially and answering service. Now, two years since my last wellness visit, I am told the soonest I can be seen is February '21! That will be well over 2 1/2 years. My primary doctor is fine but dealing with Martins Point is not. And they actually say they are accepting new patients! saw an employee of this company named Brittanie Whittemore making threats to people online. very unprofessional, especially from a healthcare worker/aspiring nursing student: healthcare workers are supposed to be helping others regardless of personal opinions. instead we have a vengeful healthcare worker who has no problem trying to ruin your life or the life of your loved one if you disagree with her personal opinion. disgusting, disturbing, and sociopathic vibes.
1) Get more people to answer the phone in Brunswick. 2) Actually call people back when you say you are going to.
