i was just told that my doctor has no well visit appointments available until 2020... it's the end of May.
I am a diabetic and have been on meds for a few years, my doctor prescribed a new med, which I tried to get filled and Martin's Point has a issue with it.

Awful Awful. The billing department needs a lesson on how to bill insurance properly. 15 minute visit with a nurse practitioner with information I could have googled! So annoyed
We have been with Martin's Point for at least 30 years. We have always had very good care. We've been seen at least in the ten minutes waiting time and sent to specialists if needed.
Terrible service, when you call there is a 15 min minimum hold time and it’s impossible to reach anybody. I’ve been trying to re fill a Rx for three days. Customer service level is lesser than Spectrum cable. Avoid this organization.
I sit on hold for over 10 mins with no answer. can't get in because all of the MDs are over booked. can't even call to reschedule an appointment. I've had the same MD for over 10 years and hate to leave but this is ridiculous. I also shouldn't have to wait 45 mins over my scheduled appointment to be seen.
Kathryn Foster was beyond a blessing. I felt like I won the jackpot when I realized I could get are OUTSIDE of the VA. Being 100% PT service connected I have had an extremely tough transition and three years later I am comfortably being taken care of thanks to Martins Point and their awesome team! I can’t wait to share this info with newly transitioning veterans!
