My family has been going here (Portsmouth Office) for about a year now with no complaints. Today however my husband had to take my son in because he has been sick with a stomach bug and we were concerned he might be dehydrated. My husband was 10 minutes late because of bad traffic. Shit happens. THEY TURNED A SICK CHILD AWAY. Would not see him AT ALL today. What kind of place is this? I REALLY want to go somewhere else but sadly this is our insurance. I had a sick baby and tried calling into the Veranda St office to schedule an appt for her and waited over an hour for a human being to answer the phone. It never happened. I finally decided to drive in and wait in waiting room until she could be seen by any doctor and was greeted with a long line of people in front of me just to check in. What is going on with the front of house department at Martins Point? The phone lines should at least defer to answering service when they are swamped with phone calls...
My mother has the best plan available and it stinks! Her medication co-pays on 3 of her 6 medications that she has to take are 3 times what you cover of the costs and that is just soooooo wrong. And the worst part is you people know that seniors can't go without their meds and you just don't care.
Awful! They have gone way down hill! No organization at all. I have been a patient for years and I'm looking for another doctors office...
Great plan the government makes you order your scipts by mail order 90 day amount they only fill a 60 day amount same co pay and blame it on the program that makes them only ship enough for 60 days
I have been with US FAMILY Health Plan for six years and have nothing but good to say. Since I signed up for medacare over a year ago things have got screwy but still happy.
