Useless. They don't call you back. They stop answering calls an hour before they close. Dr Phan has contributed to a worsening of illnesses/conditions due to neglect. I'll go in and describe my symptoms, and he actually googles it on his phone! I do the same thing before I go in to see a doctor, so what is the point of seeing him? He has even taken guesses at diagnoses that ended up being wrong, and has suggested treatments that other doctors have scoffed at. For the sake of your health, avoid this place.
I've called trying to get established as a patient as I'm new to the area. No one seems to be taking new pts, receptionists on the phone are rude and clueless as to what services the providers do. While I'm bummed I can't seem to find a family physician in the area, maybe I'm just better off.
I've been going to the Veranda practice for over 20 years .. Overall satisfied ..I do like the new portal system so easy to communicate .Customer service is very professional and helpful.
Customer service is terrific and I love the portal.
I have my primary care physician, Dr. Zagar, who has referred me to other doctors in the practice. I've had nothing but good experience with the doctors, technicians and staff. A helluva lot better than Mercy!
I have been going to Martins Point since 1978 and have seen all the changes all for the better. I have recommended this health facility to all my friends and family.
Always friendly and knowledgeable whenever I call with a question or concern. Couldn't be happier with the customer service we have received so far! Love Martin's Point!
