Received much better care when the facility was for the Military & their families. Since opening up to the general public the service has gone way down hill!!!!!
I enjoy going to Martin's Point, I've gone there for years. I really like who I see and wouldn't change :)
Care is fine however the mail order for med"s needs help. Response time of up to 14 days has many problems and checking status is always incorrect . Ex--program will say " being processed" when in fact I have them in my hand and it only took 11 DAYS to get them.
Nicole at the front desk did a really great job helping me find information I needed
Wonderful people, I was seen quickly and had time enough to talk with my doctor about all my concerns. Martin's Point is a cut above most other medical facilities I've ever been in. My highest recommendation!
Their facilities may be impressive and well placed but the level of care isn't there, from what I can tell. My doctor was part of another system that was bought-out by Martin's Point. I remember when my doctor was available when I needed an appointment and asked how I was at my appointment. Now, I have to book an appointment months in advance and once I get there, the experience is rushed because Martin's Point crams so many appointments on to one doctor's day. I am a new patient to this facility and I have had an amazing first couple appointments. Doctor A. Cameron is amazing. Very caring, thoughtful and mindful. She listens to you and understands fully. She repeats and gives you very good advice following each patient. My old doctors would never take the time with me during my visits nor did they really know me.
