What a joke!! This place doesn't care about you. Will keep you on hold for fifteen minutes. Get back to you in five or seven business days. Unqualified people working for them. Appauled at my experience.
The best PCP I have ever had in my life is Anne Thomas . She takes the time to go over everything . She is patient . She is kind . She is sooooo smart ! I learn something every visit . She more than an asset to This company . She cares and her patients feel it ( at least I do ). She is responsive . Blessed to have her as my PCP
My recommendation is for Dr. Samuel Zager. Both my daughter and I have him as our PCP. He is attentive, listens and provides excellent care. His follow through is timely! His passion for providing care shines through in how he communicates. I have my frustrations with other areas within Martin’s Point. However, Dr. Zager is the reason I stay.
Good care, timely response to calls . I am a patient of Dr D Couper and pleased with his care
Extremely long wait times. Takes 10-15 mins for them to even answer the phone. You never get a apt with your actual doctor because they over book everyone. No pleases at all
Have been at this facility for close to twenty years. I haven't been able to get any help in the past two days. Probably going to switch providers has we can't even speak with a healthcare provider or get an appointment. Unacceptable healthcare.
Excellent care, very friendly and caring staff
It is absolutely impossible to get through to one of their representatives on the phone upwards of a half hour wait sometimes for a call back! Absolutely ridiculous and it’s not just once in awhile it’s every single time you try to call someone at their office. You shouldn’t have to wait over 20 minutes to get through to someone in a doctors office. I would say my average wait time is usually between 15 mins to 30 mins and that’s just to be able to talk to someone in an office.
I have been trying to get EOBs for my autistic son for over a month. First they told me I couldn't get them, then they told me I had to file a grievance, then they said it would take a couple of weeks. I asked for a years worth, they gave me a month. It's not rocket science! Meanwhile, my son has no insurance because the Navy requires the EOBs to do a cost-benefit analysis to determine if he is eligible for dependency status based on his disability. I hate incompetence but it seems to thrive here!
