Crap to say it nicely. I called wanting an appointment and was told I had to go to the website - which the girl gave me. After I drove and sitting in the parking lot another person called and said I used the wrong website to schedule an appointment. I tried telling her I was told to use the one I did but she insisted I had to go to another site. She wouldn’t help and my phone wouldn’t go to the site - I asked for help. RecommendedThis is a great clinic with even greater people. I just cant express how grateful I am for the excellent care I received today. The nurses and doctors are truly compassionate and understanding.
The man at the desk was rude and hostile. He gave me a look like I was crazy for walking into urgent care and spoke to me as if I wasting his time. He made me list my symptoms in front of other patients just to tell me I can’t be seen because my symptoms fall under covid. He acted more like a club bouncer than a healthcare worker.

Recommendedi was so very pleased with the level of care my granddaughter received. EVERYONE is very unorganized structured. even though we had to wait 4 hours for covid -19 test and for us it was ditting in car with a 5 year omd they done everything to assure she was comfortable. fluids to keep her hydrated and even offered her a trail mix snack because she was hungry because of the long wait I would recommend this facility to anyone especially my family the staff is outstanding and I are on top of everything they do thank you so much ... read more
RecommendedToday was the first day I have ever been to urgent care, and it won’t be my last!! The entire staff was amazing, the love and compassion they showed while taking care of my daughter was superb! They really went above and beyond for me and her!
Place is ran by unprofessional idiots
Hire a receptionist with a better disposition. Not leave patients in line, outside on a 90°+ day for 2 or 3 hours. Use 2 or more brain cells simultaneously to develop a simple waiting list for patient names and phone numbers, so the patients can wait in their cars (rather than standing in the parking lot) to be called.
Showed up today with my son at 3:30 for an ear ache. Receptionist was very sweet and mentioned the doctor may not be seeing any more patients today bc they close at 4pm. She asked the doc and she agreed to see my son. However, another MA from the back came around the corner and informed me that on the weekends they close at 4 so if I want to be seen next time, I need to come before 330. There was literally NO other patients in the waiting room or in the back. No one was in the parking lot. I asked her why she was telling me ... read more
