I’ve tried 3 times today to do your online registration this morning at 7:30 it wouldn’t let me sign up. A notification said that the office was booked up to try again tomorrow. I went there twice trying to get a DOT drug test. After having to wait two hours each time they did not do the correct test. The first time they claimed I didn’t turn the proper paperwork in so I eat that 50$. A couple days later I go back in there wait another 2 hours and pay 55$ more. At that point they claimed to know how to do a DOT drug test & the proper paperwork necessary for DOT. RecommendedLoved the online registration process! My husband and I needed Covid tests because he was presenting symptoms. I was asymptomatic. The wait time for testing everywhere was several hours. The online registration allowed us to wait at home with updates on our approximate time to arrive at the clinic. When it got down to an hr, we headed to the clinic although, I think they hold your spot fir 30 minutes in most cases. It was pretty darn accurate!
