husband has been trying to get tested for 3 days now for covid. first 2 days he didnt get there early enough. today,, husband got there at 6:30am. at 9:30am they turn him away and tell him he is having symptoms of a heart attack and to go to the E.R. There are lots of ways to improve the covid testing process so that people don't have to stand in the hot sun for hours on end. 3 hours of waiting in the hot July sun was enough for me to pack it in. I'll find somewhere else to go. I realize there are a lot of people needing the test, but it doesn't have to mean suffering in the sun to get it.

Very unprofessional. They told me it would be three days to get my results back and it has been 11 days. I call to talk to someone and they won’t even talk to me. They keep referring me to the website. I will never step foot in this place again and you shouldn’t either.
If you don’t have covid when you get here, you’ll have it by the time you leave. And the lady at the front desk has a horrible attitude.
Was turned away for a covid 19 test because MY NEW paper back was a week expired from me getting my hard copy in the mail
This clinic definitely needs improvement on managing the occupational side of their services. I took my 16 year old son there for a random pre-employment drug screen. We waited 2 hours and 50 minutes and he arrived with a full bladder. Unacceptable!!! We understand that there may be a wait in the clinic when you are seeing the provider but should not be the case when you are there to give a urine sample for a random test, no more than an hour wait should be the case. my wife went to this facility over a week ago with a cough. doctor said they were going to do a chest x-ray and a covid test. doctor then told her she wouldn't be able to accurately treat her until the covid test results came back. my wife was given a pamphlet on how to check for covid results online. wife left withoutbever receiving a chest xray. fast forward a week later, still no results posted. my wife calls and they inform her the doctor never ordered a covid test. my wife then asked to speak to a doctor or supervisor a... read more

I am terribly sorry, but I potentially exposed your waiting room to COVID-19 today. You see, I came in Saturday for urgent care, and they told me is need to get a referral from my doctor in 72 hours, and my primary care doctor gave me a paper to bring to your front desk. I tried to take care of it over the phone, seeing as my PCP submitted the referral through the internet, but the front desk girl had "no idea what to do here" and kept putting me on hold to speak to someone named Erica.
