If I could give them a zero I would. First you want my debit card to put on file, NOT! Then you tell me if I haven't met my deductible my copay would be $125, where is that done at. I'm then told it would be $65 ($50+$15), where is the $15 coming from. Urgent care is supposed to be $50. I left and went to Pell City. Never will I ever go to this place. When I get to a doctor's office and Pell City and tell them what happened, they were shocked.
Highly would recommend this place to everyone!! Went in and they were very friendly and professional!
Thank you for having a Dr or a nurse practitioner I can see on a weekend. Thanks to the staff who were very friendly. The sevice was very quick.
