RecommendedI would recommend them everyday!! They are the best urgent care i’ve ever been too. They are all so so sweet and they are genuinely concerned about their patients. If you are sick go here before anywhere else.

I waited two hours with a screaming baby, already paid my $60.00 fee before a nurse finally told the front desk guy that they don’t see babies under 1. I did not receive a sorry or anything close to it. They were very rude and I am beyond upset that my daughter had to scream for two hours before some realized their mess up. I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone waste their time there.
Recommendedi do recommend this place and i dont... i do not have insurance and was seen for a flat fee which is great. Every staff member was polite and knowledgeable. I like the fact that i was tested for covid although its not why i went, but it gave me piece of mind to know im negative. the only downfall was the very, very, long wait time. i felt like i was in the ER instead of dr. office i was aware its a walk in clinic but when you arrive when they open you should be seen way before 1:00. -edit- why didn’t I read the reviews before I came?!?.... I called at 11:30 am and asked to make an appointment. I was told that they didn’t do those and to come around 5pm when they would be less busy. I arrived at 4:45 and was told that they were “at capacity” for the day... They “close” at 8 pm and stopped taking patients over 3 hours before they close... I drove 35 minutes each way for this nonsense. My other option was another Main Street but that will not happen lol. I went for a drug screen explained I need to use the restroom and made me wait 45 minutes not happy with service
I called this morning at 8:01 to see if they gave the same treatment as their sister urgent care in another city and they assured me they did so I went on line and made a appointment like they suggested drove over there 41/2 hours later while sitting in the car waiting they said at 8:01 they had 12 patients ahead of me anyways go in to see dr. My mom went to have a Covid test done! They have signs saying to register online! The signs also say if you don’t have a smart phone to register at the front desk! She is not tech savvy but they refused to register her at the front desk, they told her she could not register to be tested unless she could get someone to register her online so she called me!
