RecommendedI was seen at MainStreet Family Care in Moody on 1/4/2020 for a covid test. My covid test wasn’t the only thing positive during this visit. (Ha, see what I did there?) The receptionist was AMAZING!! I’ll refer to her as sweet pea. She was wonderful on the phone and in person. Honestly, I’ve never met a medical receptionist as nice as this lady was. When u do the online ap for COVID test you don’t walk in to a room soon as u get a text to come inside... took me a 30 min to get to a room and still waiting ... Hats off to the nurses but they need a better way to serve
Do not recommend. Will not be back. Don’t tell people you are open yet turn them away with three business hours left in the day because you have “reached capacity”. That’s not urgent care. If you can’t see people for a sinus infection or anything that’s not Covid-related then don’t advertise such. This place is a joke.

RecommendedI would recommend them everyday!! They are the best urgent care i’ve ever been too. They are all so so sweet and they are genuinely concerned about their patients. If you are sick go here before anywhere else.

The last two time I have been there have been awful the staff are so rude I just had a staff member pull her mask off her face and yell at me in the middle of a pandemic where people are tested for covid I hope there company checks there cameras this has to stop the old staff was amazing and so caring
I went to Main street and was turned away ! the nasty receptionist said I had corona with any proof ! I know I don't have covid !
I waited two hours with a screaming baby, already paid my $60.00 fee before a nurse finally told the front desk guy that they don’t see babies under 1. I did not receive a sorry or anything close to it. They were very rude and I am beyond upset that my daughter had to scream for two hours before some realized their mess up. I will never go back and I do not recommend anyone waste their time there.
