I am terribly sorry, but I potentially exposed your waiting room to COVID-19 today. You see, I came in Saturday for urgent care, and they told me is need to get a referral from my doctor in 72 hours, and my primary care doctor gave me a paper to bring to your front desk. I tried to take care of it over the phone, seeing as my PCP submitted the referral through the internet, but the front desk girl had "no idea what to do here" and kept putting me on hold to speak to someone named Erica. Recommendedy'all took great care in diagnosing me when I couldn't get waited on in the emergency room when I had pleuracy in my lungs. I thought I was having a heart attack and was very scared silly but the old gal at the hospital was going to make me get in a long line. y'all are very good. I love y'all.
