Main Street Family Urgent care is amazing. They are fast and friendly!!!! Was my first visit but will be going back!!!
Everyone was wonderful. I was so sick. They took lots of time to make sure that they checked me out thoroughly. I would definitely ho back again.
Wife was injured at work, it took 3 trips in about a 2 hour span....they would tell her she was done, then call her back....it went from, probably a strain to a fracture. Not impressed at all. How do you take a xray, then tell someone they are done...before you even look at xrsy to see what might be broken? Call them back up there, evaluate them( which should of been done first trip)...tell them its probably a strain....probably???...you have access to xray....should not be a guessing game. I received prompt treatment and even a follow up call to see how I was feeling. Glad to have a dependable place in Talladega that takes walk-ins and new patients with no problems.
They did me great .great employees .sweet as can be and they do care .
Love love love these ladies. They make trips to the Drs office a breeze. I prefer the staff here over my own Drs office. When I'm at regular doctor it's a 2hr wait minimum and the nurses are stuck up. Here I'm seen, treated and out the door within 20-30 minutes. Plus the staff actually listen to their patients. Go figure. I cannot express enough about how well these ladies do their job. They make you laugh and cut up with you. And they are always pleasant. They make you feel better even when you do want to.
