RecommendedHad the greatest experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care today. I woke up with a high fever and cough so I immediately went online and registered for a COVID test. The process was extremely clear and easy. My wait time said around 3 hours. I got a text when it was time to leave my house and another text when it was okay for me to come in the waiting room. RecommendedI was seen at MainStreet Family Care in Moody on 1/4/2020 for a covid test. My covid test wasn’t the only thing positive during this visit. (Ha, see what I did there?) The receptionist was AMAZING!! I’ll refer to her as sweet pea. She was wonderful on the phone and in person. Honestly, I’ve never met a medical receptionist as nice as this lady was. When u do the online ap for COVID test you don’t walk in to a room soon as u get a text to come inside... took me a 30 min to get to a room and still waiting ... Hats off to the nurses but they need a better way to serve
Do not recommend. Will not be back. Don’t tell people you are open yet turn them away with three business hours left in the day because you have “reached capacity”. That’s not urgent care. If you can’t see people for a sinus infection or anything that’s not Covid-related then don’t advertise such. This place is a joke.
