The ladies behind the front desk were patient in dealing with frustrated people, answering the same question over and over even when the answer was posted on the door. The nurse practitioner kept repeating things back to me I NEVER said about my condition. Like the number of days before seeking treatment, even my symptoms. Even when I corrected her on the facts, she'd still repeat back false information. When discussing antibiotics, she was nearly confrontational because I told her of two I had an allergic reaction from in the past. She kept naming off a list of antibiotics she was considering prescribing me and asking me if I've had reactions to those. When I told her I'd never taken them... read more
Very unprofessional. They told me it would be three days to get my results back and it has been 11 days. I call to talk to someone and they won’t even talk to me. They keep referring me to the website. I will never step foot in this place again and you shouldn’t either.
If you don’t have covid when you get here, you’ll have it by the time you leave. And the lady at the front desk has a horrible attitude.
Was turned away for a covid 19 test because MY NEW paper back was a week expired from me getting my hard copy in the mail
This clinic definitely needs improvement on managing the occupational side of their services. I took my 16 year old son there for a random pre-employment drug screen. We waited 2 hours and 50 minutes and he arrived with a full bladder. Unacceptable!!! We understand that there may be a wait in the clinic when you are seeing the provider but should not be the case when you are there to give a urine sample for a random test, no more than an hour wait should be the case. my wife went to this facility over a week ago with a cough. doctor said they were going to do a chest x-ray and a covid test. doctor then told her she wouldn't be able to accurately treat her until the covid test results came back. my wife was given a pamphlet on how to check for covid results online. wife left withoutbever receiving a chest xray. fast forward a week later, still no results posted. my wife calls and they inform her the doctor never ordered a covid test. my wife then asked to speak to a doctor or supervisor a... read more
