They told us they would be opening at 2 due to inclement weather. We’ve been here waiting since 1:45 and no one had yet to open the doors. It’s now 2:25. They wouldn’t even answer the phone anymore to let people know if they were still opening or not. Terrible service and I will not be coming back.

Staff was very nice. Had to wait a bit, but with flu season, understood.
I have been fighting this crud for the past 7 days and being the nurse that I am , I tried to doctor myself . I will not go to the doctor unless I am on my death bed . Well...... today was the day , I couldn't stand it any more , I was miserable and felt like I was on that bed . I went to Mainstreet Urgent Care talladega this morning at 8:00 and walked out at 8:45 with a rocephin and decadron shot and got to the pharmacy where I had antibiotics , nasal spray , antihistamine and tessalon pearls waiting on me !!
