Online registration is great during this time of social distancing… you can wait in the comfort of your own home until it is your turn to be seen in the clinic. They're open 7 days a week and stay open late to make sure you can get the care that you need! They even have many prescriptions prepackaged and ready so you can avoid the line at the pharmacy!

RecommendedDuring this time every urgent care or medical place is busy busy. But Mainstreet knows how to handle their busy in a timely and polite manner. They are very descriptive about how the online regestrstion works and even allows you to wait at home. Which is great when you have small ones! Once your arrive it’s the same smooth sailing. You may wait for a few minutes in the lobby but then you are brought right back. All testing took 20 minutes! In and out in about an hour. I’d say that deserves 10 stars!!

RecommendedFrom the front to the back everyone was so nice and professional. The front desk had the sweetest way of talking to people and was so patient even with the older patients who had a hard time understanding the phone registrations but she took time out of her busy day to help. The back was so nice and made sure they they knew exactly what was going on before running any test. Making small talk and asking how my day was really made the difference.
