The plumber, Mario, arrived on time with another technician and took care of the job, were polite and professional. I called with a follow up question 2 days after the job and he remembered the job and answered my question to my satisfaction.

The Magnolia team was prompt and very helpful when my kitchen faucet started leaking. Rebecca Flores quickly found the problem and recommended the best solution.
They show up on time and did a great job
I had a leak under my sink coming from a water purifier that I wasn't even using. It was horrible and Jermaine identified the problem immediately and not only fixed the leak but removed the purifying equipment altogether. Jermaine was so knowledgable about plumbing and all types of equipment and helped with other questions I needed answered. I am calling to make another appointment and asking for Jermaine directly. He was so polite and conscientious of the work he was doing. Thanks Jermaine for relieving the worry!
This company is terrible. Shows up late for appointments, if at all, without apology. Will attempt to break components that are in perfect working order in order to bill the customer for work they don't need! Carlos was the most unprofessional service-person I've ever encountered for any service. He lied about communication cues and appeared to be high when he showed up to the job.

This company attempted to charge me over $2000 for a repair that Brian B Quick quoted me for $250! The tech from Brian B Quick resolved my issue within 30 minutes and assured me that the list of repair items from Magnolia was unnecessary and even showed me that the "failing components" (as identified by Magnolia) were in fact in good working order.
