Said F came to my home twice to fix my HVAC unit during the sweltering month of July. An excellent technician, he found the root causes of my system breakdown and advised how to prevent them in the future. He also used my system's recommended metrics to determine the proper calibrations for cooling and air flow. I recommend him for future work. I have used Magnolia Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for several years. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing services. Although my most recent experience did not get off to a great start, Manager Felix Salgada amended the situation and I will use Magnolia again.
If you go with Magnolia plumbing, ask for Darrell L. He is a fabulous professional and one of the nicest people you'll meet all month. He installed a new water main shut-off valve in our home, and did it very well. He then went on to install similar valves in two other units. Each one presented him with unexpected problems, which he solved quickly and expertly. Reggie was fantastic! Prompt, polite and did a great job of quickly identifying the fixing the issue with my A/C! So thankful for their fast response during a busy and HOT time of year!
I just had the worst experience with Magnolia since my HVAC was installed last year. A Field Tech came to inspect the AC and 4 hours later found that the disconnect point in the system was with the existing thermostat. I was not onsite, but when I got home 1. A new thermostat was on the wall 2. I was never called to get approval 3. I was never consulted about the price Magnolia's Field Tech indicated that my acknowledgement of "That's fine" was the price quote. There was never ever a price quote. Samuel M. came to investigate my non-heating HVAC. He arrived at the very start of the appointment window and was polite and helpful. He made a point of showing and explaining to me what he was analyzing to diagnose the problem and how he would correct it. It wasn't a huge problem and he managed to fix it and let me get back to the office in a very reasonable time. I would welcome his return the next time I have trouble!
