The Tech was 25 mins late with no call. He was rude. He would not go over the $1200 worth of work he thought we needed. I called corporate to only get a slight apology. I would will never use again and recommend other go elsewhere. I think one star is too much.
Saied, the service technician assigned to my house, came by to fix a gas leak in my furnace. The leak happened on a Friday and I had to ask him to come out Saturday evening. He was on time and was very friendly. He did a thorough job and we had a good conversation while he worked. Overall I was very pleased and I'm thrilled to have the heat back on in my house. I would recommend Magnolia and specifically Saied.
Humberto Hernandez was involved from the beginning in working on a sewer backup I had in my basement. He spent a huge amount of time cleaning out the clog and following up with WSSC. He communicated with me on a regular basis about what was happening and how I should move forward. I have nothing but positive comments to make about Magnolia Plumbing and particularly for Humberto who works for them. I highly recommend them!!!

Felix arrived soon after a Magnolia rep called to say he was on his way. The toilet handle had broken on Christmas Eve -- great timing! -- and Felix replaced it with no problems. I also asked him to check the hot water faucet, which had been loose for some time. He adjusted it at no extra cost, and it works perfectly now. I am so grateful for his excellent, friendly, professional service.
Mr. Geovonn Y. showed up promptly at 8:00A ready to work. From the introduction to his departure, total professionalism. He began with summarizing what he had been informed the issues might be. He asked for my input and confirmation. Proceeded to evaluate the situation. Made his assessment, provided and explained options and proceeded to do the work.
