Jim got to my house at the time prescribed, fixed a plumbing issue around a water filtration system and then walked me through how it was fixed and things to be aware of (that I didn't know). Very helpful and fast!

Jim Blue arrived at my house at the beginning of my two hour window. He was polite and obviously knew how to tackle the problem. I was very pleased with his service and the service of my whole team. I have used Magnolia before and will use them again as well as recommend them to anyone who wants a first rate plumber.

Magnolia plumbers are always punctual and prepared. Felix was professional and pleasant, I felt very comfortable having him in the house. Our hot water set-up is a little funky, but he had creative solutions for working with it. I appreciated his honesty and cooperative attitude.

Reggie D responded to our call for a pre-winter furnace check. He recognized a serious mechanical problem despite that the radiators were producing heat. After giving us a rough estimate of cost he ordered the relevant parts, and returned today to install them. He was quick, thorough, quiet and neat. He showed us the parts that had to be replaced which we would never think to look at ourselves and which would have stopped the furnace in its tracks and left us at the mercy of the weather.
