Jim Blue provided excellent service. Quickly diagnosed the problem (a leaky toilet intake valve) and fixed it. Also provided tips on how to avoid problems in the future. Very professional and service oriented. We are completely satisfied.
My AC went out this summer and thank god for Troy H who got my system running again in no time. He is professional and personable unlike most people in the serves industry. he was at my house in hours of me calling and got me the part i needed to fix my AC.

I understand that everyone has mishaps, and bad days, weeks, months, even years... This time around, my experience was frustrating. I set an appointment for a very leaky tub faucet and was told that a representative would come by the following day between 10 am and 12 pm. No one showed up. I cannot give Magnolia Plumbing enough praise. After calling a few other companies, I was pleased that they could go out to my property within 24 hours. My tenants were without hot water and the hot water heater was very difficult to access. It was in a very small space behind the stackable washer and dryer. It was a difficult job, with a difficult parking situation and it was completed in a short time. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.
