Our situation was not straight forward as another plumber had created a situation with a renovation/new shower installation that caused our hot and cold water to mix. It took a couple of visits but the problems were fixed. I've had to have Magonolia come back for other things and have always been very pleased. Purchasing the service contract has helped with pricing but I needed to remind the scheduler that I have one.
Reggie is my hero! He repaired my AC unit when I thought for certain I was going to have to buy a whole new unit. He was prompt, diligent, thorough, an excellent trouble shooter and a top-notch professional.
My AC went out on Sunday night and I called Magnolia Plumbing on Monday morning. Bobbie gave me an appointment for 2: to 4:00 because I had a dental appointment at 12:00 and the 10:00 to 12:00 would not work. Christie called me a few minutes after 2:00 to see if I was home to receive my repairman. Sam came shortly after and was very quick, professional and thorough.
