I had a radiator pipe link and Mr Lopez and his assistant were quick efficient and professional. Highly recommended.
CAC failed as usual late on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Magnolia came out on a Sunday, replaced a capacitor. Et, voila. CAC now works! Splendid service.
Had Sam come out to my place last week to check my ac. He was phenomenal! As one service professional to another well done sir, that is how you provide a service.
Sam M visited me to fix my ac problem and install a new thermostat. He is terrific. I'm very nosey when technicians come and I watch what they do and ask questions. Sam didn't mind at all and while he was working explained what he was doing and what I should look for in connection with my ac unit (which is very old). He also set up a comfort advisor meeting for me to be able to know what my options are in case the unit stops again. He was wonderful and extremely helpful. 3 weeks ago Felix S. came to our condo and replaced our old water heater with a new better insulated one. Our water heater is a dual function system which provides heat for hot air as well as warm water. We've had some cold days that tested the system & it passed beautifully. I was amazed that Felix was able to do such a great job all in 1 afternoon. The heater area is very difficult to work in but he managed quite efficiently even though the new tank was larger than our old one and a lot of welding was required. He was cour... read more
