I have been using Magnolia Plumbing for the past 5 plus years and I never had a bad experience. Recently, Saied F, Magnolia Tech came to my house to repair my heating system and I was truly impressed by his knowledge about the system and what was wrong, very professional, on time and walked me through the process. I highly recommend them and specially Saied F., which is a true asset for the company.
DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS. PRICE GOUGHING I don't write a lot of negative reviews because I understand the impact a negative review would have on a locally owned business. My recent terrible experience with Magnolia has prompted me to write about this company. I have given them ample opportunity to rectify this issue and they haven't come to an agreeable solution. Credit where credit is due: Magnolia is my go-to plumber. You may be able to find cheaper, but you will not find better. Felix Salgado was my project manager on a major job - replacement of the water main. He and his crew were professional and attentive from start to finish. I have rental properties - so I cannot afford to get things wrong. This company is the answer for me when it comes to plumbing.

Magnolia has been doing all the plumbing and HVAC work on my home since 1995. They have always been on time and have always done great work. As an insurance agent, I have seen way too many claims from improperly installed HVAC and plumbing systems to take a chance with anyone other than Magnolia.
I had a gargbage disposal and toilet insides replaced. Marvin Chaney was the nicest, professional, efficient, considerent, and punctual repairman I have ever had. His bill was more than fair. I call one day and they came out the next - nobody else I called could be that prompt. I recommend this company highly and will definitely use them again if I need a plumber to get the job done.

The customer service staff and plumbers have always been beyond professional and courteous but more importantly they fix the problem. Their warranty coverage is very good! I never want to have plumbing issues (that's like enjoying a root canal!) but when I do I call Magnolia.
My Technician Russ K was very professional and had my air conditioning fixed the same day he came. Aside from a issue involving paperwork at my end, the service was great. Jane McGregor, Washington, DC
