STAY AWAY. This is the worst service ever - dishonest and disorganised. They lie about warranty coverage, they lie about parts ordered, while they were not, they do not show up for an appointment and the customer service "has no idea why". I hope this company goes out of business.

Carlos and Jose came to our house this week to install a tankless water heater and a whole house water filter system. They were on time, thorough and efficient, and explained everything they were doing, step by step. Magnolia is not cheap but when they do a job, they do it really well. Once the job was complete, you hardly knew they'd been there, except for the fast and clean hot water we now enjoy. Kudos to Carlos, Jose, and Magnolia!

Received a promo ad in the mail from Magnolia to do annual servicing on HVAC so thought I would give them a try. Serviceman showed up and first thing he did entering the house was to try to argue away the promo price to double the cost. He then "inspected" the furnace unit and then told me what should be done to actually complete the annual servicing, and that it would cost me an extra $118 to actually do any work, and stated that the unit had a bad inducer motor that would cost me an extra $1000 to replace, and also suggest... read more

called them at 11am and Sam, the service technician, arrived at 11:30am. Problem diagnosed and fixed by 12:30pm. Was very happy with prompt service especially when Sam called me to tell me he was on his way and would arrive within the next 20 minutes. When he showed up at my condo front door, he put on boot covers before entering. Very happy overall with their service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Twice they “scheduled” appointments and never showed up. Totally unreliable. Do not recommend.
