I am not the type to leave bad reviews but I have been trying for almost two months to get a $100 credit as offered in Magnolia's recording when one calls their 1-888 number if one replaces a water heater before 5/31. I started calling mid-April to have our water heater replaced. We replaced it on April 19. But, they did not credit the $100. I bumped my water heater expansion tank and caused a crimp in the 90 degree copper joint and needed to have it repaired. I got a quote from Airmasters to fix it for $150 dollars but they couldn't come out till next week and I needed to have this fixed sooner so I called Magnolia. Humberto showed up and within 3 minutes he gave me a quote of almost $700!!! Would highly recommend Magnolia Plumbing your customer service is great very friendly their plumbers are great I want to especially complement Rebecca Florez she was out at my house yesterday for eight or nine hours trying to track down some water leaks very friendly very easy to work with just like all the plumbers that we pad out here would highly recommend getting a service contract it will save you money in the long run
Tech Jermaine came right in, identified the problem, went out to get the part and now everything is all good with my basement bathroom's shower.

Mario Salazar just changed a diverter for me. He and Magnolia were the only plumber/ company out of three companies that were vetted, to take on and complete the job. He was on time, professional and his level of comprehension far exceeded any other plumber vetted for the job. He was EXCELLENT and I cannot day enough positive things regarding my experience with him. Because of my experience with Mario-his competency, friendliness and professionalism, I am a Magnolia customer for life!!! He is one in a million!
