repair is subpar. I find transmission fluid leaking
Absolutely do not recommend! I have spent over a month trying to get a key that was promised to me on the car I just purchased. Every sales manager I speak with is no longer with them a week later. Customer retention is obviously not a big deal to these guys. I will never refer another person here. Steer clear!
I thought that because of my credit situation I wouldn't be able to find a car that was reliable and made me happy. These guys not only got me in a vehicle that fits my needs; it fits my budget, too! Not to mention, it's super cute! Everyone I dealt with made sure I was ℅100 percent comfortable and that I knew what was happening every step of the way. I will be *aggressively* reccomending to anyone with ears haha
Wasted our time. Rude sales people. They need to be taught that buying a car is not a split decision. because we weren't buying a car that day, they did not let us test drive anything even though we called ahead and had to drive an hour to get there.
Worst experience ever in used car sales. Don't ever go here. Would not even supply me with 2 keys. Luckily I walked out of the deal.
BUYER BEWARE with their used car area!!!!!!!!!!!! If you buy a used car from them, just remember that the sticker is about $2k more than what they are asking for. They are charging a $1500 Recondition fee. Yep, the classic bait and switch. I am sure for those that finance, they are able to con people into accepting saying that it amounts to $10 a month, but we were paying cash and it was a crock. We had a great experience at MacChurchill. Especially, because Tony Coons took really great care of us. He bent over backwards to get the deal we wanted. We will deal with Tony in the future.
I absolutely love this place! Great selection of both new and pre-owned vehicles and customer service is amazing! I have purchase now my third car from this dealership and I will definitely return and refer people here. Robert Cassell really went over and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted.
