Just shut this place down already..Worst sales tactics, with managers willing to spin their stories every which way, suited up sales guys not knowing the basics of customer service, oh and yea over priced inventories to boot. Stay away from the place folks..
I visited the dealership for information on a new crossover. When I tell you I am not interested and do not call that means do not call me. I had to tell Shaq not call me three times. The third time he said I know but I wanted to tell you happy thanksgiving. Well that's nice and all but stop calling me. Then I had to call the main office to have my number removed. This dealer is the worst, The manager shook my hand twice saying we have a deal only to renege on it, I still bought the used car because it was what I wanted at a reasonable price, but this dealers integrity is non existent. The only shining light was the salesman Jason IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN HONEST DEALER WITH INTEGRITY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It is little wonder this dealer has so many negative reviews
James Jones is very helpful. Took care of everything I need to get in the car I wanted. Explained everything in detail to make sure I understood what I was going on. He took great of me and got me a great deal!!!!! I will be back !!!
