Sales experience was okay. Finance was a nightmare. Took months to get our service policy and warranty corrected. No one would return my calls or emails. Very disappointed in this dealership. I wish I had researched them before I bought there.
They were very nice to begin with then the lies started rolling in one after another. I made the mistake of signing the contract I felt like I got hustled by them I haven't even got the car yet. No body will let me know anything I've called 3 times today waste of time if you ask me

After all the paper work was signed and done they didn't want to give us the car we wanted to purchase. Said it was something to do with the bank. They already had our car as trade in in their lot with the "As-is" warranty paperwork on it. Which they had to give back. We were dealing with them for two weeks you would think that bank would say no before the paperwork was signed but no I guess not. They said to get a co-signer, we did, it wasn't good enough. First of all, the Public should be able to leave a comment without having to give a star if they find fit not to do so, I had heard good things and was referring people that I know to your dealership, that has come to a complete halt today as you've left a customer waiting for 2 weeks to pick up a car to only find out they aren't getting a car, what's wrong with this picture.
