Jose cascadas is the best dealer there! He was so helpful answered all my calls and gave me what I wanted, he was very helpful and informative. He is patient and answered all questions I had about the purchase of my Isuzu trooper! If I go back I'm going to only deal with him for now on! Thanks Jose, I hope I spelled your last name right! I recommend anybody who goes there to make sure to ask for Jose Cascadas, he's the flipping best! He gets 10 stars from me!
My car was due for regular service I took it today and advised the service person it should be free because when I leased the car I wanted the maintenance package. I was told they no longer offered it so I was going to go elsewhere. So not to lose my business (I have been a customer since 2003) the finance guy Mike said he would give me my first few oil changes, etc for free.
