I bought a car around the 3rd week of May from Mac Churchhill Acura preowned. The initial deal was good. They gave me good value on my trade-in, and I was happy with the specs on my deal. I was lied to twice by my sales "professional" and was told if I didn't finance with them they wouldn't sell me the car. My sales "professional" didn't know anything about the car I was buying and he knew very little about process of buying the car. I was told "I'm not a delivery service" when I inquired about having the car brought to me, which other dealers do! 26 days after purchasing a used car and we still couldn't get a call back from anyone to schedule the repairs they promised they would order parts for and schedule to fix. Worst customer service I've experienced in many years!
The used car sales area was not a horrible place to buy a vehicle. salesman Chris huff went above and beyond to get myself and my daughter into two different vehicle within a week. the service department is another story I've just been told that I am NOT allowed to come back they don't want me back for any service that their department may cover which is not an issue as I bought a Ford from them but whenever I show up to have my car washed my driver side mirror is broken and it's not their responsibility and because I get ir... read more
