I only choose one star because no stars wouldn't let you comment. STAY Away From this place. They promise you the stars and fail big time. No one can ever give you a straight answer. The senior manager tells you to get out when you go in for answers. He won't provide a business card and gives you some one else's name. Worst place! Should have read reviews prior to purchasing.
I was told to "Get Out Of Here" by one of the Managers! I recently purchased a used 2007 Ford Expedition on November 17, 2014. My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of horrific. I got suckered too. Lol. They didn't even clean my car. It still had the previous owner's used water bottles after they said "it's clean and ready for pick up"! I unfortunately had Eric has my salesman..had called back and dealt with Michael, Paul Garrett, Mike Brooks and Colt Carlson..all with horrible customer service and a bad habit with the phrase "I'll call you back in 15 minutes".
Made an appointment yesterday to see a used car today. We rearranged our schedule and drove 3 hrs round trip only to be told the car was not for sale. It had not passed inspection and they didn't have anything else like it. The young guys working there didn't know what was going on and didn't apologize for our wasted time or expense in driving out. One guy told me the website is lousy and often has cars up for weeks that they don't have. Lousy experience that shows how poorly they handle their business.
Bought a groupon for an oil change from this place. It does NOT take an hour and a half to change someones oil! Plus the employee told me that an hour & a half is standard waiting for here....never again.
Worst buying experience ever!!! Watch out if Andrew is your finance officer!!!
