I was knowingly sold a used Acura TL that was low on oil (didn't show up on the dipstick) and was told there was nothing they could do. I purchased a vehicle from a big name dealership because I thought I would be sold a quality product. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Great customer service. Always ! Jason and the entire Team always going above and beyond. Always ready to come to the rescue.

Horrible service all the way around. Go somewhere else. I purchased my car and received the customary post purchase email. I responded with a couple of questions. Haven't heard back, that was six weeks ago. Also, took it in for the first oil change and it took TWO hours!!! Get in my car and a technician left a tool in the cup holder. It's all in the little things and they care nothing about those.
Negative 10. These people where rude and don't care what you are looking for. I called asking about a car and they said it was available then when we got there they tried showing us different cars and magically the car we wanted to see wasn't there.
Amazing staff
After a few weeks of internet negotiating and asking one more time if this was the complete price was told 'yes, all you have to add is destination and wheel locks'. Mouse House
