After seeing a vehicle listed in online, then calling to see if it was still available, we drive over to see the car. After wasting 20-30 min of our time, no one seems to know anything about this vehicle and only wants to talk about other cars we might be interested in. Whole atmosphere was cheesy, high pressure, and icky. No thanks, EDIT: our Driv Lic was not returned either! Thought it was an oversight until I read other review from April!!!

Very poor customer service and very high pressure sales tactics. They do not listen to what their customers need are. Once you had your keys over to them to appraise your vehicle, be prepared to be sitting up there for at least 5-8 hours getting the run around. My husband had to demand our keys back several times before we were allowed to leave. I would not recommend them to anyone and regret ever pulling into their parking lot.
I just bought my frost truck from them today! I have fallen in love with it!
Sorry that I bought a car from them, many promises made before the sell with no results after BUYER BEWARE they won't return my calls even the general manager! I challenge them to discuss the issues with me maybe Mr Mac Churchill is who I should call.
