Horrible customer service. I gave too much to complain about been three years of hell. Requested to speak to a manager several times never was transferred to one. I’ll be in today and hope to speak to someone, but would appreciate someone with power contact me who will actually listen. I’m sure if y’all were experiencing what I’m experiencing you would be upset too. Thought there was hope right new management but customer service is going back down hill.
