Went in for an oil change and an inspection. Vehicle failed inspection for a light bulb. Wanted to charge me for parts and labor on a light bulb and when I said I’m good the guy got an attitude with me so I got one back. Got my vehicle and went home and this morning found an oil leak on my driveway. Called the dealership early this morning and asked to speak to the service manager. worst service team ever. van was under warrenty and while they had it for a week instead of 3 days like they said they killed my battery and tried to charge me for a new one. they end up buying me a new one. wouldnt trust a dogs poop with these people.
Great people to work with in service Department
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a car less then 3 months ago, took it in for my 5000 mile oil change. They put in over half a liter too much of oil, driving home my car starting smoking, took it back the same day. They tried to play dumb at first until they noticed I don't fall for bs. Then they told me the truth. two days later my check engine light came on, my car started making noises and would shake at stop lights. Had a great experience. They fixed my vehicle a lot quicker than I thought they would and saved me some money while doing it.
Be Honest. Also, hire mechanics that know how to service the vehicle. We purchased our truck there two years ago and it has been a struggle to get them to do what we need to be done.
