This is the second time I’ve gone to get an oil change there (because I bought a maintenance package with the vehicle) and something has come back broken. Last year the tire-carrier came back cracked and this time the AC vent on the passenger side has been snapped out and they obviously knew and didn’t fix it since they turned it to look closed. What shoddy attempt at doing that “free inspection” comes back with my vehicle being worse off than when it went in? I should’ve cancelled my maintenance plan from the beginning. Ugh... read more

Friends.... stay far far away from Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Woodbridge! I would never recommend this company to anyone!! I bought a new car in September and have been dealing with their BS for months! This car is a lemon! I am waiting to hear back from the VP Nino Sita
5 stars The service department rocks!!! They met everything I needed and even got me in same day at the time I could arrive. They were awesome with my kids which is always a huge plus in my book and we always go home with a balloon!! (Even though it drive me nuts all the way home because it’s so big)
Stanley was knowledgeable and professional. He was not pushy and did everything to make sure we got to the price point we wanted. April in financial made sure we got a good rate and also very knowledge and professional. 5 stars for Lustine.

Lustine takes care if it’s customers. It’s not often you find a dealership who takes pride in ensuring its customers needs are met. Mr. Hadley in customer service is outstanding.
