I had an unexpected urgent need for service on the afternoon of 8/14/18 and Barry Basson the Assistant Service Manager assured me that my vehicle would be checked and he would call by 10AM the next day to let me know the details. Not only did he call at 10AM but the repairs had been made and I could come and pick up my vehicle. Great Job Barry! Thanks for all you do.
The people are nice and couteous. The shop fees are hidden cost always a surprise because they do not tell you in advance that is before the job ends.

Shout out to Eric the Bearded! My husband and I took my Wrangler for a service and were outside lusting after some Rams, and Eric approached us very professionally and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We told him right off the bat we were not buying or even LOOKING to buy and he didn't pressure us at all. He shifted to conversation and we will definitely be contacting him next time we are in the market. Plus he is prior service-huge plus!
