Purchased a brand-new 2016 Renged last year. Recently I had a flat tire and discovered that there was no spare tire or a jack or lug wrench. Contacted the dealership only to be told that the Jeep didn't come with such items, we were never told that at the time of purchase. To say the least, I am very disappointed that a brand-new car would be missing such essential items. AJ was the most amazing guy to help us purchase our new vehicle. Not pushy and very polite. Had and issue with the service that was done to my vehicle. Service department folks were all very professional, but issue wasn't getting resolved. Contacted the David Layton the Service Manager.
