Horrible customer service, they never do their job right. Besides the staff bad attitude, no communication at all with the customer, giving out personal information from other customers to the wrong people and service guys giving out personal phone numbers to married females, they couldn’t even do the car a wash after a hole day of service and recalls fixing. Definitely nothing like Mercedes Benz and BMW service department. Keep your self away from this dealership.

Management is the worst! They started yelling at my husband because THEY messed up with the paperwork. Don’t trust these people. They accepted us for a $90k truck. We traded in our car for it. We had the new truck for 1 month until they called us saying that they needed the truck back because we were not accepted. What?! How?! You clearly accepted us! Great group of men and women that will go above and beyond for you and your family!
I had my car in for service and it was recommended I spent 1300 to fix two oil leaks and a leak in the transmission fluid. I was also told I need a transmission full flush and service. I had the transmission full service done less than one year ago. I took my car for a second opinion. The oil leaks were too small to be identified and the transmission fluid is not leaking at all. Very unhappy with the information I got and I am so pleased I took the time to get a second opinion.
Great experience! They treated us like family and not like customers. The entire Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep team was more than helpful and I would definitely do business with them again.
