I’m am extremely disappointed in the maintenance department. We bought 2 vehicles from Lustine totaling over 100,00$. When I purchased my minivan we bought Extra warranty, which included the windshield. Well my windshield got a crack and they are now telling me something different from when we bought, and are telling me they don’t replace windshields, I like what I was originally told! I recommend this Upper Class Automobile Dealer because these ladies and gentlemen take a great care of you from the moment you arrive their dealership. When planning to purchase a 70,000 plus vehicle, found this dealership to be incredibly unprofessional, and unethical. Misled by saleman, and two sale managers. Complete waste of time trying to do business with this dealership. This dealership had my husband drive FIVE hours (round trip, and sit hours in the dealership) to purchase a truck, under the "guarantee" we have a deal.
