HORRIBLE experience here. From the start I knew our salesman Kevin would be problematic. We test drove two Jeep Cherokees and decided to discuss an offer on one of them. Kevin starts by showing me a number that was 7k above the listed price and told me that I was already getting a good deal? I’m not sure what the point of that was, but we continued to negotiate. We bought a truck about a month ago for my husband. We went in late afternoon and long story short we were the last people out. We were rushed through the finance portion at the end by Sham and some young girl, and were assured we were set up for bi-weekly payments and all that. I honestly wasn’t planning on purchasing a vehicle but the customer service here combined with the warranty they offer, I couldn’t say no! I had a few hiccups with being active duty military and wanting to register my vehicle in my home state to transfer my previous tags. Please respond to my phone calls to the Finance Manager to fix my warranty. My warranty was issued incorrectly and I cannot get warranty service completed. I have called 3-5 times per day for 4 days, and no response except one call back saying they'd call me back. My 2015 Ram has been in the dealership for 4 days awaiting a response and this has not been fixed yet. What is the fix? Check TWO boxes and resubmit to the warranty company...not done yet. On a scale of outstanding, average and Below average I give them average. I dropped my car off on a Monday at 1045 and didn’t hear from them at all until Tuesday at 1800. Oh and I had to call them. Spoke to a Mgr on Wed and asked for a rental due to my car not being ready until Thur. Bottom line I got my car back the following Mon. They paid for the rental, but if I had not made the call I would’ve been without a car for a week. The staff was VERY nice and courteous but they need to do a better job communicating.
I have purchased my last 2 Chryslers here and the friendly and professional atmosphere have been great
