Took my car in for a scheduled oil change and safety inspection. It took them a while, and a guy cut in front of me and another person for check-in, to drop off my keys. I noticed that the coolant was low before I brought it in, so I asked them to top it off. It was even in the notes of service on my receipt. Well they sure didn't fill it up, even though they were asked to. If they are missing this easy task, how can this shop be trusted to perform critical maintenance to any vehicle. I purchased a new 2013 dodge charger in 2013 and the customer service was shady as can be. I negotiated a price for my new car and then the dealership charged the $$$ that was taken off to a credit card that theybput in my name where I was unaware of and they only way that I found out about it was when I received a bill for it and took over a year to have the fraud removed and my credit rating fixed. on top of that part of the negotiation I would also received lifetime state inspections oil changes and tire rotations but as ... read more

Have been going to dodge since 2017 to get my truck serviced and out of all the times I have gone there I have gotten good service but today my service was great Eric went above and beyond to give me great service. He went into detail with everything that they recommended I get done on my truck which nobody has ever done. Will be going back and working wit Eric again. There service department is thorough and the personnel are great.
We got our truck here and I decided to keep getting the services done through them and I couldn’t been more thrilled with their service department. I normally work through Eric at some point during my process and sometimes end up going through some of the others due to a busy service room, but all of them are pretty good at what they do. They have listened to things that I need done and help schedule everything. Dishonest crew. I spoke first thing in the AM to the sales manager explained I was ready to make a deal, and willing to put a deposit down to ensure the vehicle is held while we work out the numbers, and explained that twice before with other dealers the car was sold out from under me. He assured me that would not happen at his dealership. Fantastic Experience! This was by far the best dealership experience I've had in purchasing a new vehicle. I traveled two states due to the transparency of the deal between initiating online contact, working the deal over email/text/phone, and setting up an in person (no strings attached) test drive. I highly recommend sales consultant Antonio Ferrari, finance manager Daniel Kahn, and dealership concierge DeeDee Lessord - all were genuine and respectful of my time and decisions.
