They do a great job on making the sale. Don’t expect them to back up what they sell you or to be honest about what they say to make the sale. They won’t even be up front enough to return to your calls. They will return and hide behind emails. That should tell you all you need to know. I recommend you buy from a reputable dealer.

Poor costumer service, bought a Lustine maintenance package when I bought my Jeep. It covers brake linings but they didn’t want to cover it.

Mr. Simpkins, We are sorry to hear that your last experience did not meet your expectations. When you purchased your vehicle, you purchased a maintenance package. This maintenance package covers factory recommended services such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspecting and replacing brake linings, and so on. Brake pads are not covered under this maintenance package due to the fact that there are many factors that contribute to the wear and tear of brake pads. Buying was easy! Great customer service (shout out to Basil, DeeDee, and Daniel K.) Service department is a total different story. Countless issues, multiple trips back and forth to the dealership (because I was told my Jeep was ready and it wasn’t- multiple times- for multiple Jeeps). Buying there and getting service/maintenance are totally different stories. Would not recommend.

I always use the same person, Sam. He tells me what I need to do now and what I can wait to have done. He always make sure I get the discounts that apply to me. He is very personable and the work is done within the time he gives me.

RUN AWAY from this business before they steal from you like they did to me! -DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM- Literally stealing seven thousand dollars of my money....
